Milan, 9 September 2009  –  Sopaf announces publication at Borsa Italiana S.p.A. of its updated Articles of Association, amended at Article 6 (share capital) following partial execution of the share capital increase, as a result of conversion into ordinary shares of a portion of the "SOPAF 2007-2012 Convertible 3.875%" bond issue, deliberated by the Board of Directors on 29 June 2007.
